Why can't I order some products through the website?

Due to Davey Pumps Internet Sales Policy, most products are only available to purchase by Phone or Email. This is to ensure that the correct parts selection, use & installation occurs.

How do I order an item by Phone or Email?

If ordering by Phone, please call 0429 535 095 & your contact & order details will be taken. You then have the option of supplying Credit Card details over the phone or we can email an invoice with payment details for either Direct Deposit or using the secure eWay IVR Pay by Phone service.

If ordering by Email, please use our Contact Us form. We will email an invoice with payment details for either Direct Deposit or using the secure eWay IVR Pay by Phone service.

What happens to my Credit Card details if I order by Phone?

Once payment has been processed, any Credit Card details supplied by you are destroyed & no record is kept.

Do you accept Amex and Diners Club Credit Cards?

No, Mastercard & Visa are the only Credit Cards we accept.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all prices include GST.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

No, Davey Pump's trading terms only allow us to sell & ship within Australia. 

Can I get a parts breakdown / diagram for my pump?

Yes, please use our Contact Us form & let us know which model pump you have. Please read our Identify My Pump page first. Some parts differ depending on which Model & Dash Level, Serial Number & Motor Number your pump is. The more information you can provide, the better to ensure the correct parts are supplied.

What are the Shipping Costs for my Order?

We offer a Flat Rate $12 Standard Australia Post shipping Australia Wide. Express Post shipping is also available & will be calculated at the Checkout. For more information, see our Shipping Information page.

Can I pick-up my order?

Yes, you will be contacted when your order is ready. It can be collected from Ferny Hills, Brisbane. For more information, see our Shipping Information page.
